Karens in the Outfield
Last summer a sad humorous story dominated the headlines for a day or so. That of some crazed lady demanding that a child give up the baseball he had corralled after it had been hit into the stands. It was her demented raving that she was the rightful owner of the ball nd the kid had stolen it. The father did the right thing and had his son hand the ball over to the crazy lady. Almost instantaneous postings to social media were seen by the team who immediately came forward and gave the boy much memorabilia for his trouble.
Entitled women better known as Karens seem to continue to show their true colours in social media posts, whether steal baseballs from ids, yelling about HOA rules to their neighbours and now getting in the way of ICE in the US. Secretary Hegseth reminded us of a basic axiom when dealing with authorities. Fuck around and find out.
I have always had friends of all races. Some I never even knew that they were ‘of colour’ just that they were my best friend. Others I of course could not not know and too at the time they were my best friends. Particularly, from my best friend during university years, I learned a simple lesson. No matter what your state, sober, hammered, in the right or wrong, in need of help or not, being respectful to police and others of authority is a practical skill of survival.
But I have noticed over the years that liberal women, and in particular liberal white women, have not embraced this idea. I imagine they have never been taught this simple lesson. It is not just white liberal women who seem to flight the norms of society. Countles videos exist of crazy black women fighting amongst themselves and the authorities. My favourites are the brawling bitches videos shot on Carnival Cruise ships. Easily the aren mentality at its finest.
What brings this into focus for me is the news and videos from last week of the middle aged white woman shot and killed as she tried to escape the grasp of police. she happened to drive into an officer who had a camera in one hand and a gun in the other. The ‘wife’ of the driver was yelling at the officer and oh yes he had been run over and dragger 100 meters just a few months prior. Another office had his arm in the car as he tried to open the car door and bring the woman out.
There are plenty of responses that I could comment on, the rhetoric on both sides is very high and loud. I will let the video and the law speak for themselves for itself. The law both federal and state is pretty clear. When an officer feels he or another person are threatened with deadly physical force they are immune from repercussions of response, even if that takes the life of another. In this case a woman who was instructed to vacate her vehicle instead drove into a police office with his gun drawn hitting him. Fuck around and find out.
A review of the videos of the subsequent protests in cities all around the US shows something odd. that a very large number of the people protesting are angry white women. Karens if you will. You expect to see the bandana wrapped faces of the male Antifa crowd, the crazy anarchists and usual paid left-wing militia of 20 somethings males but lately the faces of middle aged white women are becoming more noticeable.
The Karen crowd have their philosophical leaders. Nancy Pelosi, Amy Klobachar, Pocahontas, Madonna and others who whip the throngs into a frenzy with their hatred of the right and the ideological leader Orange Man Bad. He is a racist, a misogynist, a nazi and a long list of other negative epithets meant to incite women emotionally. And incited they are.
Their leadership paints the bullseyes on their opponents. White conservative men and the institutions that represent them. At the head is the MAGA people, the White House and all the Executive organizations. ICE is a part of the Department of Homeland Security which is under Trump so therefore it becomes a focal point in the fight against the male hierarchy.
Funny that the Biden administration deemed white conservative men as a terrorist group. Progressive misdirection at its finest. White liberal women are the largest single voting block both in the US and Canada. My observation is that women vote their emotion, men vote their experience. A man will be more likely to hold information up against their past before developing an understanding of that information. A woman typically acts on the initial emotional response from information.
And you can not argue against emotion. When an argument is made against an emotional response that factually counters any underlying understanding the typical reply is let’s agree to disagree. This statement is really an acknowledgement that I have no real reason to believe what I do, it just is the way I feel and I will defend that to the death. Literally in the case of the poor woman this week.
The issue becomes how to counter this? Years of emotion arguements have evolved to deliver this time to us. Education, media and political rhetoric all support these emotive arguments. Men are bad, Donald is bad, Pierre is bad. It maytters not where you live the messaging to women is the same. Rise up, vote for us and protest everything else. With violence if necessary. How do you counter that?
They have given Canada 10 years of very bad government and were convinced to vote in another government counter to their interests in April. Elbows up! Someone close to me will go so far as to not engage in their favourite pastime because of their enmity toward the US President. So dumb, but there is no arguement that can counter this as it’s based not in reality but emotion. Facts no longer are important. Then tie the emotion to entitlement and oh boy we are sunk. Black men and hispanics have saved the US for now.I do not know who we can use to counter the Karen vote in Canada yet. But if we do not find it soon, we are in very big trouble.
